Each track needs an ISRC code. These are sometimes embedded during the mastering process, however we can also provide them to you free of charge. You can insert your own if you have them, or allow us to generate them for you. ISRC codes generally look like this and are 12 digits in length: GBDIT1312345
Every release also needs a UPC/EAN barcode. We can also provide these for free, however if you have your own you are welcome to use this.
UPC codes generally look like this and are 12 digits in length: 901234567890, EAN codes can be 12 or 13 digits in length.
Sales are reported either monthly or quarterly, but we receive them 45 – 50 days after the end of a month.
So, we will receive August sales on around October 15. We upload them as soon as we receive them, and you can request money as soon as they’re uploaded.
Your release can be live in iTunes within 3 working days of purchasing however we do generally advise to allow up to 3 weeks for all stores to become live. If you purchase our iTunes Express service, your release can be live in iTunes within 4 hours.

When your music is live on iTunes, we will send you a link that you can use to promote your release. With the other outlets, just head to their storefront and search for your release.

Yes we do. You can upload a music video to be distributed to iTunes and you can also set up a Vevo channel which is outlined in our services section.
